Peter brings 20 years of sales and sales management expertise enabling clients to improve leadership skills and sales performance. After completing post graduate management training with Marks & Spencer, Peter went on to achieve significant business results within technology orientated blue chip companies.
Peter’s experience of selling complex enterprise business solutions into multiple vertical markets across international regions has given him the ability to coach executives from a global perspective. Peter specialises in helping companies reengineer sales teams and improve performance through effective leadership and sales development initiatives.
Peter works with industry leaders and key specialised partners focused on providing technical, sales and management development in change orientated environments.
Peter holds a Single Honours Geology degree from London University and currently lives in London. When not with clients, he enjoys fly fishing, skiing and holds a Private Pilots Licence.
Paul Schnabel
Paul has helped organisations and their people create breakthrough performance for the past 20 years. A facilitator, executive coach and keynote speaker, he helps organisations achieve breakthrough results through their people. Paul specialises in the areas of Sales Transformation and Talent Management.
Paul’s career includes serving as Vice President of Sales Mastery for The Real Learning Company. In that role Paul diagnosed, developed and implemented a variety of best in class learning solutions for companies such as UPS, Nokia, SAP and American Express. Previously in his career Paul’s roles included Regional Director, Director of Sales, and Director of Operations for several leading companies in the learning space including Achieve Global, Information Mapping and Zenger Miller. Paul was the 2001 Arizona Public Speaking Champion for Toastmasters International and has been a frequent contributor to many business publications.
Janet Morris
Janet has been a practicing interim manager since 2001 with expertise in strategy, marketing and business development – working in private and public organisations. Her sector experience spans professional services (including legal and recruitment), publishing, property, construction, environment, travel and transport logistics, health charity and technology.
Janet graduated with an Honours degree in Business Studies and went on to complete an MBA during her time with BAA. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), a chartered marketer and CIM diploma holder. She has previously lectured for CIM’s post-graduate diploma programme. In 2008, Janet became a Freeman of the City of London with the Worshipful Company of Marketors.
Janet has been quoted extensively in the media on topics surrounding interim management and has herself written articles on the subject.
Nancy Tomlinson
Nancy Tomlinson spent 5 years on Capitol Hill working with two different government relations firms who specialise in communication and environmental issues, political fund-raising and representing the leading publishers in the software industry.
Nancy moved to the UK in 1992 where she joined the Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance team providing key support to the Head of the Turnaround Division. Nancy administered a joint venture turnaround fund between Arthur Andersen and HSBC aimed at reversing the decline of financially distressed companies while working within management.
She has become certified with both HR Chally and PI Index psychometric tools.
